Condition and terms of booking with Mbogo Expeditions.

LIABILITY:

Mbogo Expeditions will provide to the best of its ability liability insurance as govern by law of the country for your comfort and safety, however, it should be understood that all safaris and high altitude expedition are undertaken at client's risk.

From the time of arrival until the time of departure Mbogo Expeditions will ensure at its best level the security of every guest and his/her property during visits to different places, such as market places, camping sites, lodges and hotels. The company's liability for passengers and their property carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Tanzania.

Mbogo expeditions will be responsible for cancellations or non acceptance of reservations if it caused by the company. Nevertheless, we endeavor to ensure that every itinerary advised is properly arranged and undertaken.

The company reserves the right to subcontract all or any part of a service or change part or whole of the advertised itinerary should condition necessitate.

IMPORTANT:

You are advised to take all the necessary precautions during safari and hiking by asking our professional guides for assistance before attempting anything. By doing this, we believe it will prevent inconveniences of National Park law break, injury or death.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance should be paid within 7 weeks prior to the safari date or further in advance. Failure to secure full payment may cause an unwelcome inconvenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Notification for safari cancellation should be sent by email or letter and is liable to the following charges.

6 weeks prior to departure 0% of total deposit.

6-4 weeks prior to departure 40% of total deposit

4-2 weeks prior to departure 60% of total deposit

2-1 weeks prior to departure 80% of total deposit

Less than 1 (one) week prior to departure 100% loss of total deposit.

NB: Charges will be calculated from the date we receive your letter or email of cancellation.

PAYMENTS: Payments are done directly through our SWIFT Account.
